Which away games will you go to?

In fact I know you would be because, looking back over this forum, certain individuals have being doing nothing but whinging and whining for a long time.

The biggest thing I have with you MyFC lot is that you're so patronising. You all seem to be saying that "all this is going to go through, deal with it."

NO!

Although I haven't seemed to be against it, and I'm not aginst it as a whole, I've signed up and I'm looking forward to it, but can you stop with the "get used to it". I do like seeing the MyFC people at games and on the whole think the idea can work but if you continue like you are then your going to drive a wedge between the Fleet fans and the MyFC fans.

This is a debate you're losing.

For this idea to work you're going to need to get us onside, a lot of us aren't so change your approach.

Harry - could you point out a single instance on here or the MyFC forum where I have posted the above.

And yes there are some people on here who will whinge about anything - and members of this forum openly tell them so.

Again - can you give one example where I said this

Absolutely - and the members of MyFC are accutely aware of this. With 25,000 members MyFc is always going to have a few who are (to be blunt) stupid in their attitude. But do you accept that there are some people on here that, no matter how successful MyFC's involvement with EUFC is (and here I'm talking also in terms of the involvement of existing fans in the process) they will still find something to complain about.

You're worse than me.

You don't have to answer everything he says, just ignore him and he'll get bored.

I will reply to you other post when I have some evidence of some genuine MyFC fans saying "get used to it". I'm the worst person that you could have asked to do this, I love reading old threads and will find proof, it might not be tonight though.

harry I was specifically talking about myself - I am not responsible for what othr people might or might not say.

Saying that, I would be surprised if you find much of this anywhere - and when it does happen people are told off very quickly.

Well that's okay then. I never said that you said it but that some MyFC members had.

It seems to be a feeling of MyFC members that if they didn't come along then we'd be stuffed. A possible £400,000 debt, not been confirmed anywhere and just speculation, would have meant we may not have been able to stay in this league much after the end of the season and had to go down a few leagues as Canvey did a few years back. For some this would be a better way of doing things other than the MyFC takeover. For me whatever happens I would still support this club through thick and thin whatever league we play at until it becomes so unrecognisable that it is not the same club that I started to support when I fell in love them.

I've done it once...

Yes I would agree - some do seem to have that attitude, but I would be of the view that this number is relatively small and possibly some of this attitude could be in response to a perceived hostility on this forum.

And some people will always be hostile to MyFc (again I would suspect a relatively small number).

And that would be my attitude as well.

I don't know what all the worry is about.

Looking at their forum, they're not gonna get any say in anything of note anyway.

Looking at the last few games, they're not turning up and helping home gate numbers.

So all that's gonna change is we're getting free money from a load of deluded people who don't know better than to fork over their hard earned.

And before you ask, no. Me looking at their forum doesn't mean I'm one of the deluded, it just means that one of the deluded gave me their login details...

Nothing wrong with having your own opinion Hirsty - nothing wrong with asking questions - however, please make an effort to read the answers when they are given rather than dismissing them out of hand.

Exactly. but think of the hundreds(can anyone prove this?), that are turning up for away games, and making those clubs richer!

The last few games. Correct me if I am wrong - but since the announcement there has been one game against Ramsgate and one against Stafford Rangers. I don't think you could classify two games (one in the Kent Cup) as a few games, particularly taking into account the fact that the takeover has not been completed yet.
