that's just your opinion which unfortunately doesn't have any relevance.

Not too bad at all. No danger that the game on Saturday would have been off anyway. As you would expect it cut up a bit but nothing major and it will be worked on this week.

I didn't play, missed the game the week before and was therefore omitted from the squad this week! Not a bad game to not be included as it happens ;-)

Benfica played well.

5-0 flattered them as Bedford went 3 at the back for the last 20 minutes to try and get something from the game. Benfica then picked them off with 3 goals in the last 5 minutes or so, 2-0 would have been a fairer reflection.

As an attaching unit they are as good as anyone in the league. Pace across the front 4, wingers join in well and decent up top. If their number 10 learn't to play the offside trap he could have been a lot more influential (as it was he got caught offside numerous times!)

Despite us not scoring against them they will struggle for clean sheets against the top sides in the league. Especially over the next 8 weeks on wet boggy pitches. If I was a betting man would say top 5 without challenging for honours.

I did hear Claudio got caught offside too often! I disagree with the view about the defence, as after Hoddesdon, they seem to have the best goals against record. I do agree that the boggy pitches might harm their forward play. We shall see. Thanks for you honesty. Have a good season!

I don't think he actually knows the rules, he was continually offside when we played them and it became a standing joke during the ninety minutes. The result makes me wonder about Bedford taking into account how comfortably we beat Sport London e Benfica on 10 November, to lose 5-0 at home to them is a shameful result.

As usual Rhodes assumes wrong once again, no surprise there!
As the No.10 in the game against Bedford, you were lucky not to have to face in your game, namely Claudio da Silva, our top goal scorer!

It was unfortunately just 'one of those days'. Key players missing but in all honestly beaten by a better team on the day. Come the end of the season I don't think there will be much between the sides and I throw Kentish into that as well.

You can count yourself very lucky that there were key SLB members not playing against you! Claudio being one, Andray the goalkeeper another, Guilherme another, Bruno another, Tomas another, Kevin another, Nelson another ... I could go on!

Does that mean the players that played in that game aren’t good enough for your team? Nice to know you rate them!

Where Bedford were faced with the unenviable task of facing these players, Kentish Town were very lucky not to!

That's the point, you obviously don’t rate them as being good enough to play against teams in Div 1! Case closed.

Well Bedfordsub nice to join forces against a few rather dodgy SML supporters, as a new member i find a few of these mainly North London views slightly 'off key'. So here goes seen every team in this league Harringay look strong, Hoddesdon over-rated(beat us 2-1 with 10 of squad unavailabe), Kentish work hard as do New Bradwell, Stoney are big as are Brache, Sport London caught us on a bad day although fair dues a pleasure to watch when the confidence started to flow, Cheshunt are young and quick with bags of potential, forget the rest..... oh apart from Bedford, injury hit over the past month but a couple of new signings and a few returning from the treatment table, dont write us off yet i'm still betting we're right up there come the money end of the season. 7 wins from 9 at home and Harringay, Hoddesdon and Stoney all got to come to our place.
