I didn't think we'd take the route of sharing with Egham, now we can rule them out. Wokingham will be sharing with them next season. I do like the way some of the local press have starting digging the boot into the Thornes. Shame really its a few years too late

I think the local press are jsut trying to stir things up now though. The management of the club still need to work with the council, who in turn need to work with the Thornes to secure the site. If there is no longer any use for it for the Thornes, they are betting off selling up.

Problem is, if they do sell it to Deaner, we'll be back where we started some time down the line and have to go through it all over again...

I don't see there is too much the council can do to help either. If they put up the alleged £2million to buy back the lease then there will be outrage, particularly after recent hikes in council tax. Nevermind eh? Still think we need Nigel on the council to sort this all out!

Time is running out - we have now just 10 days to satisfy the Ryman league we have somewhere to play next season.... Does Steve Browne know something we don't?

Does anybody know anything? Is the meeting on 10th April, where all will be revealed, still on? Does Santa really exist? Can pigs really fly? Are we downhearted?
