Its quality. I've had to come out of it cos its just too funny. One guys son is going to post a player by player report tomorrow. I can't wait. One thing they did get right..Nade was fvcking sh1t.

Its going to be interesting times ahead.

 

I for one thought we were actually quite poor tonight - but i think we were almost dragged to their level??!! Kick and hoof and Nade really didnt know how to hang on just 1 yard - not just once, but all night.

 

Still we have a good team and any help in the transfer market with money can only help us. If only we had a Charlie Mac now we would be 4/5 places higher.

 

Anyway - one bad game now back to the wins!!

exactly agree to a point - it is all about scoring goals and although a scrappy awful to watch game if we had a goal scorer (portway, charlie, stadhart!!) etc we would have won and be riding high - as it happens we dont and need one URGENTLY

 

note to myfc - if we are going into the transfer market make a striker number ONE priority

Away from the footie. How bad is the coverage on Sultana. The commentry is a joke. Speaking to the managers during the game?? Can you imagine if that was Fergie. I think that belittles this league. The blonde bird was quite nice though. Liked it when she was crouching in the box, feeling the divots and saying that feels like a good 6 inches. Although the money from the coverage is handy I'm glad I'm not throwing my money away to subscribe to that pile of sh1te. Roll on York.

I'm happy to give the whole experiment a chance after some initial reservations, but I truly hope this "wisdom of the crowds" thing has some mileage and that the 'know-it-all' element that is already quite apparent doesn't have quite the influence it seems to want and expect.

Most of them just post comments to justify their 35 quid outlay. I find it a bit depressing really.

We needed one at the start of the season so nothing has changed.

They are not all bad. This is the player by player verdict that was posted on there from last nights game:

 

Cronin - solid

Hawkins - no great impression

Opinel - below par but, still above those around him

Smith - Would Like to think he is Vinnie Jones

McCarthy - no great impression

Moore - had some good moments, but not commanding

Nade - Needs to practice his jumping, heading, running, passing and shooting

McPhee - no great impression

Purcell - One to nurture

Moore - Another to nurture

Bostwich - Solid

 

Subs

 

Akinde - should have come on earlier for Nade 2 intelligent passes out to the left wing generated crosses late in the game.

Barret - no great impression

Coleman (Liam) - no great impression.
