I hope you are right about'back to our good form on saturday;as for me last night excepting possiblt 1/2 players, i thought the side as assembled played as well as it could;and frankly are just not quite good enough.

I'm not too sure that there is that much more to come.

Not critcism-just fact.

Of course, the likes of Standen,Saunders and Yianni would add the extra quality to make the difference; but i would not say the team played badly last night-just not quite good enough in the ability stakes

Played well! signed Coleman attacking midfielder just what we needed then? we were poor and continue to be poor Yianni will make a difference imo we did not need Coleman completely overrated

We are Margate FC and should be at or near the top of this league no excuses. Financially in a good position money seems to be available the problem is there for all to se, although I was not booing RT off I understand why he was.

Although was not at the game on Tuesday, of the games I have seen so far this season, Mckimm has been a big disappointment. He is just not the player he was - seems to have lost a lot of his bite and drive, and finds it hard to get around the pitch like he used to. Perhaps he has been carrying an injury, as he seems very laboured at times. I hope he proves me wrong on Saturday.

I must admit on what i have seen and particularly on tuesday, i feel the same.

However, we were thinking the same this time last season and in second half of season,McKimm was outstanding and is just the sort of guy you need out there on wet cold muddy winter pitches;so i'm prepared to hang on for him to improve his form as i am sure he will.

Maybe just maybe, the continual poorish results are getting to him a bit aswell

Macca started to show his class when Jay came back and they were a class apart from anyone else but with Jay now playing at the back it could be hard for Macca to find his stride unless Jay can be pushed back into the midfield when his back is ok . Would be a great midfield with JJ on the left and Coleman or Yianni playing the right .

Wouldn't want Thomas. Don't need another target man, and according to a BW fan I speak to Thomas is unpopular there for his lack of ability on the deck.

One striker that comes to mind immediately is Mark Nwokeji, but I'm sure Staines would want at least ten grand, probably more now they've had their windfall, and would the player want the travelling with him being at Brunel uni? Probably not.

If given a decent run up front Charley Side could yet produce the goods. He had a good goal ratio before he was messed about and put on the wing. Definitely deserves his chance up front, but RT would need to break up the current pairing. As it stands, those two haven't really hit it off as a partnership, but that could change before Side is fit again.

Yeh, I thought Thomas had a good game against us. Having said that, he and Bangura faded in the second half, I thought.
