Great signing. Well done Trotty. Delighted with this piece of business. Hopefully he's on an 18 month contract or similar. June, at the time, I believe my comments (and others) were warranted. But great to see RTs hard work has reaped rewards. I'm thrilled that RT has answered his doubters.

With Porka here,albeit i can't see that criticism amounts to bad mouthing.Are we required to live in such an antiseptic forum that discussion and debate is not allowed .

It is an independent forum afterall .

I don't know about anyone else, but i regularly and rightly get evaluated in what i do every day by my customers.

 

Notwithstanding that RT does appear to now be building a balanced team,i remain of the opinion that during the summer months he seriously neglected one critical aspect of the building blocks to a good side; (central defence)and that bit of business still remains outstanding;and has possibly sabotaged the season in terms of promotion-and minimally made it very very difficult.

I am equally ok with Margate Fans opinion that he is doing ) (and has done alright ).

Im not aware that it is a condition of forum posting that we all have to agree.

In fairness to Robin, Jay was going to be his "other" central defender with Deano and Macca in midfield and Morris as cover. It's just not quite worked out like that. And Stuart Harte's leaving didn't help.
