There's an Anti-War demo taking place in Downing Street on Saturday afternoon.

 

Don't worry AFF, GHA and EFMTFTV - I'll tell you all about the Sutton game on Monday.

I don't expect the war to last long enough for conscription to be re-introduced, and I don't expect you to enlist in the Army in order to do your bit for Queen, Tone and Country, Zealster.

i was hoping for a mounted baton charge accross parliament square.. but with divisions in the labour party this was always to much to hope for..still it would have kept sky news amused whilst we wait for the big boys to kick off..

Not that you can believe everything you hear on the news, but it would seem that "the big boys kicked off" last night.

 

Oh yes. Another interesting thing.

 

On Radio 5Live this morning, I caught the tail end of a report concerning the 5[?] Cruise missiles launched at targets where Saddam might be last night. According to Bush, allegedly, from his address to the nation last night "The war itself has not yet begun but preliminary hostilities are taking place".
