New Board revealed!

On 23 July, names were required to fill spaces on the new board at ETFC.

 

After much pressure, cajoling, and in some cases pleading, names were forthcoming and people waited expectantly for the results and yesterday the names were revealed to a certain few before being made public. Flash bulbs went off, speeches kept to a minimum and very little fuss made of the declaration.

 

The crowd were unanimimous in welcoming the new board on board!

 

So, anyone who has not seen the board can do so by just looking to your left as you pass the club shop on your way to pitch side at our next home game. Why just look? Why not go into the shop, have a look round, and try to get out without buying your Christmas gifts!

 

Dave H and I will be collecting the £15.00 sponsorships from people within the next few weeks so please have your cheques/cash handy.

Originally, we had hoped for 160 shirts on the board but it was trimmed down to 100 so that names would stand out as the wording was bigger. It appears that Dave H has already received four names of people who want us to have another board made up!

 

Only 96 mini shirts to go!

 

Take a good look at the names and try and find yours. If you wrote your name on our list, then your name is there. If you didn't, then now's the time to add it to our list for the second board.

Not able to display the board yesterday as DF spent most of his valuable time forking the pitch which helped the referee make the decision to let the game go ahead. Well done Dave!
