Great support today, the best i have seen at Bourne Park by a mile. Had a right laugh in the first half behind the goal, proved that two sets of passionate supporters can have a laugh with each other together in a stand. I thought we gave a good account of ourselves, especially considering we dont really sing at "home", but we seemed to fizzle out towards the end of the half (the old farts were tired and in need of a beer...!). As for the second half, well youll rarely hear us singing down that end of the ground, although we are getting better and i think at some point we will probably do a you and stay in the cover for both halves!

 

Well done today, you deserved your win, hope you get a decent tie in the next round (although i will be even more annoyed about losing if we could have played someone good!)

There was some great banter in the first half, what supporting non league teams should be all about. Apologies to Brian Reid (whoever he was!) You lads made plenty of noise in the first half, so fair play to you.

 

We prefer standing under a shelter as it's hard to create a decent atmosphere in a flat and open area like behind the other goal.

 

Our fans were exceptionally loud today. I don't know if it was because it was the Trophy, because of the weather forcing everyone under the shelter, or whether it was because we were the underdogs with 10 men. Well done everyone, the players loved it I'm sure!
