As Gussy's special agent/press officer/trainer/coach/manager/magic sponge holder, i can report that at this moment in time Gussy has no comment to make. Any reports of mass orgies in the showers will be vigorously denied as no witnesses were disgruntled enough to make a complaint. smile

You are not getting the hang of this Gussy. More training required wink As your special agent etc all statements have to go through me! It's no good you saying 'On Saturday i turned up with my boots'. You have to let me put a spin on it.

'Saturday, Gussy made his debut for suffering Dorking FC. Though higher league clubs were falling over themselves to sign this boy wonder, his heart is with lowly Dorking. He put on a fine display, hit the bar once and the avid crowd were a tremor with exitement witnessing the second coming. Dorking are now confident of rising up the table. When he entered the showers after the game his team mates could only gasp'

I think I can speak for the supporters of Dorking FC in saying Gussy wembers dorkers will be made most welcome at the club particularly if he scores regularly.

Dear Bitch, Do you know if Dorkers will fit in up front in a tight two?

Or does he prefer to play on his own with two quick wide men feeding him long balls?

My protege is very versatile. I think he could slot in anywhere and make a difference. I'm sure he's very capable of playing on his own, but he prefers to be a team player smile

Gussy, (or Bitch!), there appears to have been a fall out at Wembley, but mick does have a point about joining Dorking.

There are many reasons to see why players would not want to join, or perhaps stay.

Ive been moaning about the state of the club for ages, (not sure if anyone noticed that) and asked for any good news about the place.

It would be good to hear your first views and your reason for signing.

Have you come down for family loyalty, ( reason enough and fair play to you if thats the case) or is there something else that convinced you?

Perhaps the challenge of staving off relegation rather than join a midtable side with not much to play for?

Have you played with any of the others before and had success?

Id seriously like to know.

ta!

TSF. The bottom line is that the extra special one (Gussy) was hounded by Ray Collins to come to Dorking. The board feel it will throw extra weight behind thier case at Guildford in the new year. Everyone loves a winning team and Gussy is the man to supply the goals.

He's also quite handy with a bit of string and a shovel (he's got a Blue Peter Badge) so will be useful sorting out the dilapidations.

The club's budget is not for the open arena. Dorking is not a rich club. Gussy has had to down size since joining. His beloved Porche has been traded in for a BMW (last years model). So, when he kisses the badge (not the blue peter one) for his first hattrick it is for the love of the club and not for the motor, 6 bedroomed country house, swimming pool and garden with room for a small pony!

You tell 'Er, Gus Boy.

Incidently, the CCL Premier is to be re-named the Roundabout League next season..

All registered players will be expected to jump off the roundabout and join a new team at least 10 times a season.
